Youth Health Education (YHE) was founded by Natasha Wilmann and is dedicated to improving the lives of young people aged 14-25 years, their families and surrounding communities. YHE tackles youth health issues by confronting those once, uncomfortable topics in a professional, educational and interactive environment to eradicate community stigma, stereotypes and myths which impact youth health outcomes.
Youth Health Education works with young people and their surrounding communities, including schools, parents and sporting clubs, to develop six essential components of health read more.
Youth Health Education provides professional development and education via private consultation, group presentations and interactive workshops. We work with youth (ages 12-24), teachers, sporting clubs, social welfare service providers, families, parents and individuals.
PATS - Paying Attention to Self
PATS - Paying Attention to Self is a peer support group for young people aged 12 – 18 years who have a parent and/or sibling with a mental health issue.
CHAMPS Peer Support Program
For children aged 8 - 12 years who have a parent and/or Sibling with mental health issues, including children who do not live with their parents.
