The Centre provides a crisis information and referral for emergency housing, and financial assistance available for items such as rent in advance, medications including methadone, Met tickets, information about the Office of Housing and housing issues, financial and drug detoxification assistance.

Accommodation: self referral for single men and women, short term, $12.00 per night, youth allowance $12.00, self referral.
Services: drug and alcohol, social workers, case management, health services, Royal District Nursing Service.
If no accommodation is available, they may assist with accommodation until a room is available.
