Founder of Youth Health Education, Natasha is an education professional dedicated to the development and well-being of young people.
Natasha’s academic background includes exercise physiology, nutrition and sport psychology. During her post graduate study in secondary teaching she took particular interest in bullying, violence, stress and peer pressure. Natasha completed her Masters in youth health education and management with majors in alcohol, drugs, mental health and sexuality.
Natasha's academic background along with life experiences as an elite athlete, genetic illness and living with disability gives her a unique appreciation of personal challenge. Through her journey of pursuit, disability and recovery, she has a strong appreciation of how to navigate life's hardships and accomplishments.
With many years of secondary teaching, Natasha has also worked with the Australian Football League (AFL), Northern League AFL, local councils, Wellways (Formerly Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria and Schizophrenia Vitoria) , Young Women’s Arthritis Support Group, VicBeach and Volleyball Victoria Inc.
